Care for Your Feet
Finally, take care of your feet. In the Hebrew language, the word for shoes or sandals, Naaliam, is related to the word for locking, Naal. We sometimes lock up our feet and ignore them except when they give us problems. So, let's take the locks off. Taking off your shoes and your socks, massage your foot using all of your fingers, including your thumbs. Your toes can get a simple stretch, too, in three directions - one front, the other back, one back, the other front, and then split side to side. Go through each pair of toes in this way, including, if you like, a gentle rubbing in the webbing of each toe.
