Jonathan Isaac (Orlando Magic)

Jonathan Isaac played one season at Florida State before entering the 2017 NBA draft and being selected sixth overall. The Orlando Magic chose him.

Isaac grew up in a Christian home but didn't fully embrace the Christian faith until he became a professional basketball player. He wrote a book about his spiritual journey, Why I Stand, in 2022, in which he explains how faith shaped his life and helped him through difficult times.

He urges Christians to stand up for their beliefs but admits it will become more difficult as the dark world grows darker. He also has talked about his relationship with Christ and explained, "Jesus is not just a part of his life, He IS my life."
