Maple Syrup
Maple syrup has great health benefits. There are however different grades of maple syrup. The lower the grade, the more concentrated the minerals within. Hence, of grades A, B and C, Grade C maple syrups have the highest concentration of minerals. Maple syrup is rich in manganese, which is needed to power up your body’s cells. Maple syrup also has anti-inflammation properties. High in zinc, maple syrup can help improve your immunity, especially by supporting the thymus gland. To make Stanley Burrough’s Master Cleanser lemonade, mix a glass of water (8-12 ounce), juice of half a lemon, half to a tablespoon of maple syrup and a pinch of cayenne.
