5. Are You My Mentor?
Mentors are people who you count on for advice and support. They're essential to healthy growth and learning. But if you have to ask someone to be your mentor, the answer will likely be "No." Finding another person who gets you and can help you grow is a natural selection process. When you click with someone, they will choose you, and the same goes with finding the right person you can help.
Lean In Quote: "A mentor should not be utilized for hand-holding, validating feelings, or to complain to. Ask a mentor for input on solving a problem; just make sure that you were not able to do it on your own."
