INGREDIENTS:
1. Mix together corn, flour, sugar, salt, pepper, and milk.
2. Add egg yolks to mixture.
3. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into corn mixture.
4. Pour into a 1-quart casserole and dot with butter.
5. Bake.
Temperature: 350 degrees
Time: 45 to 50 minutes

- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs, separated
