INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 cup hot milk
- 1 cup cream
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup diced Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups elbow macaroni or 7-ounce package (cooked and drained)
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
TO PREPARE:
1. Put butter, flour, salt, pepper, milk and cream in blender for 35 seconds.
2. Add onion and cheeses.
3. Mix above ingredients with cooked macaroni in 2-quart casserole.
4. Top with bread crumbs and bake.
Temperature: 350 degrees
Baking Time: 20 to 30 minutes
