Surviving God’s Pruning
Every branch needs pruning in order to bear fruit. Once there was luscious greens cover the yard, now—they are shriveled. By pruning we can see only twigs, and dead branches—nothing impressive. The plant is dormant, and seemingly looks unfruitful until spring arrives. We must prune back the plant in order for it to survive, and to see it reach maximum potential. What are some of wilted leaves that need to go in our lives? It can be bad habits, sins, friends, and letting go of dreams. Letting go is a process, you have to know when it is over, so turn it over to the master gardener.
