38 artists across many genres of music have teamed up to bring you Songs for Japan.  This 38 song compilation is available on Itunes for the ridiculously low price of $9.99!  Wow, do I sound like an informercial or what?  Well, that’s fine because it’s for a good cause since all the proceeds go to support relief efforts in Japan.

The list of artists includes the already proactive Lady Gaga, Bruce Springsteen, Eminem, U2, Josh Groban, Sting, and so many more that it will make your head spin!  It is a lot of fun to imagine what it would be like for all of these people to be in the same room together.  Can you imagine what Josh Groban and Bruce Springsteen would talk about?  Eminem and String?  Beyonce and Norah Jones?

I know, crazy!

Not only is this a great idea, I would much rather get 38 songs for 10 dollars than hear these artists butcher “We Are The World.”
