This quote happened across Our Lady of Weight Loss’s desk this morning. She thought it the perfect “morning chew” for those of us who are interested in permanent weight removal heretofore referred to as PWR (vs. temporary weight loss), as it highlights an important aspect of PWR.
As she explained to me, “Some things are within your control, and some things are not. It is only after you have faced up to the fact that no one is force feeding you nor is anyone twisting your arm to eat ‘this or that,’ that you can more effectively as well as easily and effortlessly travel the road to Sveltesville.”
