How long has it been since you’ve done something just for you?  You know, something you really wanted to do…not something you had to do?  I’m willing to bet it’s been a while.

In the midst of handling caregiver duties, it’s easy to push aside personal activities that feel frivilous.  Turns out though, we should all make it a priority to hold onto our hobbies…and find new ones! Research shows taking time for hobbies has many health benefits.
