Your heart is alive within you, a powerful feat of biomechanics and engineering, and the most powerful force within your vibrationary field.

Living from the heart may not always be possible in this cluttered world, yet in the spiritual world, it’s all that is real. Since we are eternal spiritual beings, love is actually our authentic truth and way. Just a gentle reminder to listen to your heart and be kind to the beautiful oasis of love that shines from within.

Inner harmony is about your relationship to yourself. All human beings alive in the modern world face a cacophony of stimuli vying for our attention. It is important we learn to tune ourselves and focus within by practising self-love.

Start to develop a relationship by speaking to your heart. She says, “now is the time to be me. It’s safe to be me.”

The image of the Heart shows a nebula that lies 7,500 light-years away from Earth, and is located in the Perseus Arm of the Galaxy in the constellation Cassiopeia. The red colour is due to radiation that emanates from a cluster of stars near the nebula’s center. A heart wave that spreads across the galaxy, perhaps pointing to our divine origin?
