090331_lede_Question_thumb.jpgMay we present… the Fresh Living survey. Inspired by our eco friends at the Tiny Choices blog, we created a survey for our readers to take. The idea is that we can all share how we manage (or try) to live a healthy life despite being pulled by the demands of everyday life.

So here’s how it works: Please take a look at the survey below–fill it out and send it to freshlivingblog AT gmail DOT com (the usual email configuration, just trying to throw off the spammers). Then we will try and post it to the blog, as space allows. Thanks so much–we’re excited to hear from you!

Because I lack an engineering degree and don’t understand why we can’t just stop this thing NOW with a 10-ton wad of gum or giant boulder or massive Q-tip, I’ll share more spiritual wisdom from elders. This is from the beautiful, amazing International Council of 13 Indigenous Grandmothers–they each represent a continent and a native […]

Doing my best to actually contemplate, rather than worry. I’ve been on a renewed Gilmore Girls binge lately and last night as Lorelai, […]
