Beliefnet’s Holly Rossi (Fresh Living) has just written a new gallery of ideas and great photos.  It’s called 21 Simple Ways to Be Healthy.
This is a good list, of easy, simple, free ways to either get healthy or stay that way.

I have a lot of ideas to add: keep your weight at a minimum, be sure to have lots of vegetables and some fruit every day, take warm soak baths with bubbles, trade massages with your spouse or friends, enroll in a healthy class or retreat (many are free or low cost) such as dancing, yoga or a spirituality workshop.  Those are just a few — keep coming back everyday for more, please!
