If I were to ask you to name five things about yourself that make you wonderful, would you have to think or would you be able to spit them out quickly? It’s important that we know how valuable and important we are to life.  As coach when I ask my clients this question without fail they stumble on this.  Moreover, these are very successful people from Lawyers to Entertainment Professionals to Celebs.

Why is this such a difficult task? Well there are many reasons, but mainly we as humans have a problem in connecting with ourselves.  We have an idea of who we are but we more often than not do not know who we are.  I recently wrote an article called 7 Sayings to Command Your Morning.  I got a lot of feedback from everyone.  Everyone admitted to me that they found it difficult connecting with themselves every morning; let alone facing themselves in themirror.  However, something magical happens the moment we genuinely get to see the uniqueness of who we are.

You are a wonder to be marveled at.  You are powerful. You are dynamic.  Today spend time with you and explore the limitless things about you that make you wonderful.  Always begin with I Am… and finish with Thank You.  Remember gratitude always confirms a relationship.  As you continue along this “I Am Journey” go beyond the surface ” I am a nice person” and really dig deep and unearth that treasure within you.  For instance one of my “I Am’s” is I am a man who is whole and is viscerally connected to life and God.  As you go deeper and deeper the more profound your I Am will be!

Remember we have the ability to not only change our world, but the world as a whole….BE GREAT!!

Until Next Time,

Pervis
