I’d like you to take a moment and do some self reflection here. Even if you have done this already, I want you to really ask yourself, “What is my place in this world?”

It may sound like a simple question but it is an important one. If you find yourself saying, “I’ve done this already” or “I know this already”, I encourage you to do it again.

As you write down your answers what do you see?

I ask myself this question on a regular basis and one very interesting thing that comes up often is that, I have realized that I’m not above or below anyone else.

In some areas I may be at a higher skill level, and this is the case with those things I excel at…but this doesn’t mean that I’m above or below anyone, nor is anyone above or below me.

Why am I bringing this up?

Because the same is true of you. You’re not better or worse than anyone and others are not better or worse than you.

Others aren’t above or below you just like you’re not above or below anyone else.

You may have heard me say that we’re all the same but we’re different from one another as well.

We’re all the same because we have every trait but where we are different is how we express those traits. This is what makes up the uniqueness of who you are.

So the next time you get that split second thought that someone else has something you don’t, instead of minimizing yourself to them, honor your own brilliance.

The next time you see someone else who may think that they are above others (some call this having a big ego) remind yourself about the power of being humble.

So what exactly is your place in this world?

It is what you decide it to be. It’s what you’d love to be doing not what you’re “supposed” or “have” to be doing.

And along with that comes an equal balance of the positive and negative.

Allow yourself to be poised and present because this is when you are in your heart which is the most powerful place you can be.

I like to say that HEART stands for…

Healing
Energy
Always
Resonates
Truth

Realize the truth of your magnificence and take the time to know what you are here to be, do, and have.
