The Journey to healing is a path we all take in some way. Some of are healing on physical level and that is the easiest for others to see and try to understand. It is the journey of the spirit, the emotional and mental that take work to accomplish. They are also a bit more challenging from the aspect of ‘you can’t see them’ in the same way.

During this unique time of self isolation, it is a good time to do a bit of reflection. Take a deeper look at your life right now. We are in the midst of a great shifting time and so it is the perfect activity to help us shed what isn’t working in our lives. I expect if you are stuck in a house with someone you don’t like right now, you can see this more vividly than most. But, these times of forced quiet are good for us and our soul’s growth.

You are not just a physical body. You have a spirit body, a mental body, and an emotional body. All of these need attention. If we just focus on one or two of these aspects, we are not feeding all of the 4 bodies.

Meditation is one of the best gives you can offer yourself. It is a way to tune in and look at your life from a different perspective. This can help you get things in order. Take a class on spiritual/personal growth. Focus on your health and healing and then you better able to help others.

Your angel guidance is to begin to get on with your healing journey back to wholeness:

Spend time with you. Do a bit of review and see if there is something missing from your life that will bring you back into balance
