Former First Daughter Chelsea Clinton grew up awkwardly in the spotlight, in the most famous House in the world. Born in Little Rock, Arkansas, during her father's first term as Governor, she was a public school student until reaching Washington, D.C.

A graduate of Stanford, and then Oxford, she has pursued Public Health and Philosophy as areas of study, presumably to help her in her work in public administration and working for her family's charity, the Clinton Foundation, and their offshoot, the Clinton Global Initiative.

Her Secret Service code name was "Energy", and her parents' request of the press to allow her to have as normal a childhood as possible was (mostly) respected.
