Connie is a twin.
Born and raised on the East coast, Connie Britton is an alum of Dartmouth with a concentration in Asian Studies, including studying abroad at Beijing Normal University. When she returned to the United States, she settled in New York City, and began studying acting at the Neighborhood Playhouse.
She spent two years working off-Broadway before moving to Los Angeles, after her successful film debut in The Brothers McMullen. She is known for her roles in Spin City, Nashville, and Friday Night Lights.
