Real generosity is doing something nice for someone who will never find out.
 ~Frank A. Clark

I was deeply moved this morning as I watched a video clip on nbc.com about a couple who ate breakfast at the Aramingo Diner in Port
Richmond, PA and then secretly paid for someone else’s meal before leaving.  Their kindness stirred the other diners so much that other patrons began to “pay it forward,” too and quietly paid for some other patron’s tab….without any discussion whatsoever.

It was just one kind stranger caring for another in hopes of brightening their day or easing a bit of  their financial pain.

This went on for over five hours. The manager of the diner said nothing like this had ever happened in over 30 years of running the restaurant.

This is such an inspiring story. It shows how big-hearted we truly are and how kindness and generosity are absolutely contagious. So much so that I’ve decided to do some Secret Santa acts this holiday season myself.  I’ll keep you posted. I also want to encourage all of you to commit random acts of Holiday Kindness, too and let me know how it all turns out.

Peace &  Blessings!
