“Be Well” is an artfully vague term.
What does “be well” mean? What makes you feel well? What does wellness look like to you? The aspects of wellness that are yours and yours alone have a magical quality to them. They warm your heart; the illuminate your soul.
One of my star coaching clients (you are all stars), confessed that she found herself walking in and out of the kitchen all day long – looking. Opening and closing the cabinets, the fridge, the oven … over and over and over again – all day long … looking, foraging, helping herself to a bite of this and a lick and taste of that.
