Law of Attraction in Action: Tapping for Better Self-Esteem

Self-Love logo

Today is Day 21 of my 31 Days of Self-Love posts to celebrate Self-Love Month with suggestions for jump-starting your own self-love and joining The Self-Love Movement

This is post 268 in my series on the Law of Attraction in Action. You CAN use your power to manifest your desires.. I do it every day! Read all the posts in my Law of Attraction in Action Series to see how.

Your self-esteem makes a difference in how well you manifest your desires. Self-esteem is what you think of yourself. You may love yourself but not have solid confidence in your ability to get things done well. And if you don’t believe in yourself, why should the Universe give you what you ask for? If you don’t think well of yourself, your manifesting vibration won’t have confidence about receiving.

When you can accept your imperfection, your self-esteem can flourish. Self-love can help you accept yourself in your own imperfect skin. Faith can increase your confidence in your abilities. As you believe in yourself, the Universe picks up on that and responds positively.

If your self-esteem is low, work on building your confidence in you, one step at a time. The stronger your self-esteem, the stronger your ability to manifest what you want. Start with self-acceptance, work your way to self-love. Then accept your value and let it shine in your demeanor and your vibration.

One way to do this is to clear the way for good self-esteem with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as Tapping. I wrote about how you can clear resistance with EFT in my post Law of Attraction in Action: Use EFT (Tapping) to Clear Resistance. If you don’t know how to tap into good self-esteem, tap along with self-love ambassador, Brad Yates’ video Tapping into Your True Magnificent Self below:
