What Do You Believe?

posted by Jodi Chapman

Jodi Chapman - BeliefsI believe that we are always surrounded by love.

I believe that we have the power to create our best life.

I believe that, at our core, we are pure love.

I believe that my thoughts become my reality.

I believe that I am not my thoughts – but rather the observer of them.

I believe that it’s essential to find balance and simply be present for my life.

I believe that this world that I live in is a loving world, and I find evidence of that each and every day.

I believe that showing up authentically and vulnerably gives others permission to do the same.

I believe that I am energetically and lovingly connected with every single person on the planet.

I believe that I am never alone – that there is an entire support team on the other side that is constantly looking out for me.

I believe that when I’m connected to my soul’s purpose, life flows easily and effortlessly.

I believe that it’s okay for me to lose my footing now and then. It just makes it that much sweeter when I find it again.

I believe that crying is a natural part of living – I cry because I’m happy, and I cry because I’m sad. It’s a lovely expression of emotion.

I believe that my sensitivity is a strength – it allows me to empathize and truly feel at such a deep level.

I believe that hugs are essential and so, so powerful.

I believe that moods come and go and are part of the natural rhythm of life – there is no need to judge them or attach to them. Just allow them to flow on by.

I believe that forgiveness holds the key to emotional freedom.

I believe that calling exercise “joyful movement” is a wonderful way to reframe it and enjoy it.

I believe that the soul and the ego are in partnership rather than opposition. I believe that the spirit and the body are meant to work together in loving, playful ways to completely enjoy this human experience.

I believe that we truly can change the world – one decision, one action, one person at a time.

I believe that we are far more powerful that we ever realize. This power within us is connected to the universe, whose power is infinite.

I believe that we are here with a unique mission – to share our message of love in the special way that only we are able to. And it’s up to us to step up and do exactly that.

Now it’s your turn:  What do you believe?

You can either type your beliefs in the comments below or write them privately.

Our beliefs are so powerful, and it’s my belief that when we focus on our positive and empowering beliefs, we open the door to miracles.

Hugs,

Jodi

So often the very deep peace that comes with knowing what you believe is never experienced until someone else resonates the same thing…You are an angel for giving us the chance to say thank-you for being a light in this confusing world that so many are looking for! Ijust want to get to know you as much as I can.

Making Space for Peace
I’ve been looking for ways to invite more peace into my life. More balance. More yin energy. More restful energy. More “ahhhhhhh” energy. Like many of us, I’ve been going, going, going for years. And all of this doing has become a habit. It’s become the known in my life. It’s become m

The Gift of Presence
I’ve been feeling more and more that in a world that seems to be speeding up and in a time when gadgets and technology are available (and oftentimes in our hands) at any moment, that presence has become the best present we can offer to ourselves and also to others.  Years ago, when cell phones

I Am Here
I am here to hold your hand when you aren't sure if you can keep going. I am here to cheer you on when you have soared higher than you knew was possible. I am here when you are elated. I am here when you are devastated. I am here when you have forgotten me. I am here when you

A Soul's Perspective on Death
I've been in a reflective space today and have been thinking about dying and the soul and the other side and why we're here and why we leave when we do. Do you ever have those days? I call them my "seeker" days - where these deeper thoughts are at the forefront of my mind and at the tip of my hea

Telling a New Story
“I’ve never been a morning person. I wake up tired and a bit grumpy. I never feel fully rested. I immediately begin to feel stressed about all of the things that need to be done during the day ahead. I drag myself out of bed and start the day feeling overwhelmed and overcommitted and overly exha
