Heart of the Soul

Do You Know?

posted by Jodi Chapman

teeny-changeDo you know that you don’t have to work so hard and push so hard and try so hard?

Do you know that you are enough – exactly enough?

Do you know that if you took away all of your achievements and diplomas and awards that you would still be amazing – you would still be worthy?

Do you know that you that you don’t need to look outside of yourself for any approval or any validation? Do you know that your approval is all that matters?

Do you know that you are a beautiful reflection of all that is good in the world – all that is magical and amazing?

Do you know that your love has the ability to ignite change and open hearts?

Do you know that your soul is infinite and powerful and so, so connected to everything and everyone? Do you know that it’s just waiting for you to take action – to share your goodness and your strength and your love with the world?

I know you know all of this. I do.

But do you really know it? Deep down at your core? Do you really live as though you know it?

Does this deep knowing override any feelings of insecurity or inadequacy or unlovability or feeling unworthy? Does it?

Is your life a direct reflection of this deep knowing that you are enough and that you are amazing and that you are worthy and that you are loving and lovable and that you are magical and that you are here for a very important reason?

If it is, that is absolutely wonderful and makes me so happy. It means that you do know – not just in your mind but also at the soul level. It means that you have taken your responsibility here on this planet seriously. It means that you are taking action and consciously sharing your heart and your gifts with others.

If your life isn’t currently a direct reflection of this deep knowing, it’s okay. Really, it is. Because one of the things that I love most about our time here on Earth is that we have the power to change our life at any moment. If we’re not happy with the way we’re living, we can do something about it. If we aren’t feeling empowered or joyful or that we’re helping enough people, we can do something immediately to shift into living a life that feels more like the life we want to be living.

And I know that you can do this (if you aren’t already). I know that you can live from your heart and in alignment with your soul’s purpose. I know that you can choose to see yourself as a powerful being who is worthy of love and worthy of giving love. I know it.

Do you know it?

I think you do.

And now it’s time to embrace it and share this deep knowing with the world.

You’ve got this. You really do.

Hugs,

Jodi

So the knowing of this ‘I am enough’ comes once we recognize those negative messages we picked up along life’s way are mute to our mind. While the messages I have heard over my life, have also formed me into the person I am, for which I am grateful, I also know that these too must be embraced. How could I know acceptance until I knew rejection? How could I know happiness until I knew sadness?

At the same time, the smoke screen of messages from past good or bad, still have to be brought into a light of understanding.

Like cleaning out a closet….opening up those boxes from long ago, getting into the dark corners, the cleansing, the purging…a process of growing…to know the knowing.

    Thank you for encouragement.

Just One Thing
Sometimes, life can feel overwhelming. It can feel disheartening. It can feel like it’s all just too much to handle, to process, to sift through. Especially for sensitive souls – those of us who live our lives with our hearts wide open and with our emotions close to the surface. I know. I rea

Lean Into It
I oftentimes feel that my life is a drag car race – where I’m going around and around and around at super fast speeds, and the only time I stop to recharge is when I absolutely have to – when I’m about to run out of gas or when my body simply can’t go any longer and needs to refuel – eit

You Already Know
Yes. It’s easy to look to another for the answers. It’s easy to look outside of yourself for the way forward. It’s easy to ask and plead and beg for someone to tell you what to do, or how to live, or where to go. It’s so easy to put all of your power in someone else’s hands – to turn you

You're Already Perfect
In the past I seemed to believe that I'd achieve perfection if I only tried hard enough, pushed hard enough, and worked hard enough.  So that’s exactly what I did. I tried until I couldn’t try any more. I pushed until I was absolutely exhausted and had nothing left to give. And I worked unti
