INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (10 ounce) can tuna in spring water, drained
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 1 (6 ounce) can pitted black olives, drained and sliced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of garlic salt
  • 1 (3 ounce) can Chinese noodles

TO PREPARE:

Mix all ingredients except Chinese noodles.  Just before serving, sprinkle with noodles or serve over noodles.

SERVES:
