One of the simplest and strongest signs of God’s presence is peace that doesn’t make sense.
Life might still be uncertain — bills to pay, questions unanswered, relationships strained — yet somehow, you feel a quiet calm in your spirit. It’s not denial. It’s not wishful thinking. It’s an inner assurance that God is in control even when circumstances aren’t.
Jesus said, “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives” (John 14:27). This kind of peace doesn’t depend on everything working out. It’s rooted in the One who holds all things together — and it’s one of the clearest signs that His hand is on your life.
2. You Look Back and Realize You’ve Grown
