“Church leadership is only for the super-holy.”

Pastors, missionaries and other church leadership are reserved for only the most holy of souls. The top 1 percent of the church body that are actually seriously in love with Christ, and are being called to do bigger and better things. This is a very ingrained way of thinking, that there are some that are more holy than others. Scripture, however, paints a very different picture. Everyone is just as anointed as the person next to them and we all are being called on by God. No matter if you are a pastor, housewife, teacher, nurse or janitor God has something great planned for your future. No matter where you start out in life, you can be a part of church leadership if you feel that’s where God is asking you to take your talents.
