I’m not ignoring you: this browser problem means that not only can I not do links or images, I can’t respond to comments either.

To Theresa who just asked about organic food: I’m with you — sometimes buying conventional produce just seems scary, almost like somebody sprayed it with Raid while you were watching. But I still buy it sometimes, i.e., when I haven’t been to the hfs and have to pick something up from my local supermarket, or when the organic is just way beyond my budget and I need that particular item for a recipe, or, as you mentioned when I eat out at a restaurant that’s not hand-picked. There are lots of organic restaurants in NYC and they’re always my choice. When I go somewhere else, I bless the food and do the best I can.

And to the gentleman who asked a  few days ago about about a list of powerful books … Here are two great links from my friends at All Addicts Anonymous. These are the spiritual classics of all times and many cultures. If I were ever to retire (which I don’t intend to do; I think writers get to work forever), I’d read these books day in and day out: http://www.24-communications.com/102008/102008.pdf.
