How IMPORTANT is “THIS” to YOU???
(this being your health, your weight, your determination to let go of what no longer serves you)
While talking to one of my star weight loss coaching clients (you are all stars in your own way), I asked after hearing about the various dietary transgressions of the week, “Well, just how important is THIS to you? On a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being the highest … how important is “THIS” to you?”

Because you know, Tushcateers, you don’t have to lose weight. Nope, you don’t. It’s your choice. Seriously. Even if it is clearly a problem in terms of your health and your self-esteem, you do NOT HAVE TO lose weight. It’s your choice.
Anyway, Star Client, replied “It’s a 12.” Wow! A 12!! For this client, permanently removing the excess weight (literally and figuratively), letting go of all that is weighing her down, is of vital importance. Once she got clear on how important “this” is to her, she got busy writing out a food plan for the week, she thought through possible strategies to navigate work and family gatherings; and then she added a few cups of happy thinking to the mix, and she was good to go.
And so, now, I ask YOU!!! How important is “THIS” to you? Here is a link to your “How Important Is THIS to YOU??? that you can place on your fridge, carry with you, meditate on. dog how important sign.pdf
