To create more hopeful feelings in our lives this week, let’s focus on taking a few minutes as soon as we wake up to set our frame of mind. 

Before you even get out of bed, take a deep breath,  stretch, and think about being hopeful for the day. 

What dows that mean to you?  What little thing can you do to make progress toward your goals? Focus only on one little thing, that you are positive you can accomplish. 

Now…to give yourself a big boost of comfort and security, take another minute and imagine that everything is going to be ok…absolutely no problems as you make smart choices that will move you closer to happy…hopeful possibilities.
