"full moon in aquarius" What happens is people get bored and they flit from one relationship to the next. Looking for that elusive… something. So that they will not get bored anymore.

Boredom =  discomfort with how things are right now. What one of my poetry teachers called “the irritable reaching after fact.”  She was quoting Keats. But I digress.

So you break up with Miss or Mr. X and then of course it happens again. The trouble. The wall. The boredom. The disappointment. Something is wrong. The hope that maybe there is someone much better out there. Someone who will not bore. The Perfect Someone who will fit all expectation. Or most of them.

When you feel bored? Look in the mirror. I promise you won’t be bored for long. You may judge yourself harshly, analyzing perceived flaws. For sure this is not boring. Painful, yes, but not boring. Or you may be having a “good hair day” and see stars in your very own eyes. See? Not boring at all. Problem solved.

How many of you will try this at home? Personally, I don’t like to look in the mirror. Only when I have to 😉

I am going to draw three cards now — for those of you who just don’t know what to do. You’re not happy. You’re not exactly unhappy. Okay, sometimes you are. When you dare admit it.

And there’s a Full Moon coming — in the sign of Aquarius. This is interesting because Aquarius is known for being the logical one and Full Moons are usually emotionally intense. It doesn’t fit.

These cards will help you fit better. Fit better into your own life.

Three of Wands, Three of Cups, Knight of Wands:  MOVE! Move your focus AWAY from him or her and onto/into This Moment.

Options:

-spend time with friends (in person or on-line), experience the world, enjoy yourself. Can you?
-head to the lookout. Where is the peak in your town? You gain perspective there.
-move your body, go for a walk, a jog, a journey, the farmer’s market…

See, you need an overview now and you need to move your body to get it, and to take your mind off him or her. All three of these cards tell me that improvements can be made when you step into the world and stop isolating. There’s no Hermit here. There’s no Death here. There’s a party, however large or small, that is waiting for you. And there’s fire — the fire of getting up in the morning, getting dressed, heading out, and greeting the day.

Do you get bored in your relationships?
