Philip Ng Chee Tat has more money than he knows what to do with. However, that hasn’t stopped him from realizing his true purpose in life: following Jesus Christ.

Philip currently serves as CEO of Far East Organization Centre Pte. Ltd, Singapore’s largest closely held developer, and is the richest man in Singapore. In an interview with Believers Portal, Philip says that he has given his life over completely to Jesus Christ, and that only by accepting him can humans find purpose. He encourages others to try and seek out Christ.

“I have discovered all of us are broken, we all have a missing piece. For me, I discovered the missing piece was God in Jesus Christ,” the tycoon said.

He had spent his life in luxury, but he never felt that it filled his soul until he found the church. Finding God transformed him from the inside out in a way he never felt possible. When God gets a hold of our hearts, we are given a new meaning in life.

“A better life, a better purpose, better me and a better everything. I was looking at all the wrong things.”

Philip was so moved by his experience with Christ, that he recognizes that nothing else could ever compare. The love of Christ is all he will ever need again.

“It sure beats a lot of money and material things that you may have. It starts with accepting you are broken and there is a missing piece. For me, personally, that missing piece is our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Living the rich life might seem like a dream, but temptation to sin is even more prevalent. It’s incredible that Philip was able to find God and give his life over to Him!
