“When I was in my deepest depression, there was a moment where I realized I hit rock bottom. I felt so lost and hopeless and thought I would never genuinely laugh again,” Lola wrote. “Until I met not only my Savior but my best friend, Jesus.”

Lola described the encounter as “supernatural,” sharing that Jesus met her where she was and became her “sun,” illuminating the darkness in her life.
“He chose me when no one else did and loved me when I didn’t feel worthy of love,” she continued. “Jesus fulfilled His promise of making me new and completely renewed my mind. He is the only reason I’m here today.”

Her decision to be baptized symbolized a public declaration of her faith and gratitude for the grace and peace she had found in Christ. Lola also shared her excitement about entering a new chapter of life with Jesus as her foundation.

“I am so happy to go into this next year after publicly declaring Jesus as my Savior. I am forever saved by His grace, through faith.”
Lola’s testimony comes amidst her family’s high-profile history. Charlie Sheen, known for his roles in Two and a Half Men and Wall Street, has long been in the media spotlight for struggles with addiction and tumultuous relationships. Denise Richards, an actress and former model, has faced public scrutiny for her work on OnlyFans, including collaborations with Lola’s older sister, Sami Sheen, 20.

Despite these challenges, Lola’s story is a testament to God’s ability to bring peace and healing, even in the midst of personal and familial turmoil.
Lola’s baptism is part of a broader trend of celebrities turning to Christianity. Recent examples include actor and comedian Russell Brand, tattoo artist Kat Von D, and Hollywood legend Denzel Washington. Each has shared how their faith journeys have shaped their lives in meaningful ways.

Brand, baptized in 2024, described the experience as a “moment of surrender” and emphasized the importance of turning to God amidst societal chaos.
Denzel Washington, baptized shortly before his 70th birthday, recounted a prophetic moment from his youth. Reflecting on his journey, he said, “If He can do this for me, there’s nothing He can’t do for you.”

Lola Sheen’s testimony is a powerful reminder that no one is too far from God’s grace. Her words resonate with anyone seeking hope in the midst of despair:
“I now find myself laughing again in places I only had cried. Jesus gave me a light when I couldn’t find my own and rescued me from the darkness.”
