It’s been 12 years since Fast and Furious star Paul Walker’s tragic passing, but his daughter, Meadow Walker, continues to keep his memory close to her heart.
On Sunday, November 30th, the 27-year-old model shared a touching tribute to her late father on Instagram, posting a series of never-before-seen childhood photos. In the heartwarming images, a young Meadow sits on a kitchen counter while Paul holds up a butterfly-shaped birthday cake for her to blow out the candles. In another photo, the two share a sweet kiss, and in the third, she flashes a big grin as her dad looks up at her, smiling.
“12 years without you. I love you forever,” Meadow captioned the post.
The images struck an emotional chord with fans and friends alike. Fellow models Presley Gerber and Delilah Belle Hamlin both commented with heart emojis, sending their love and support.

Paul Walker died on November 30, 2013, at the age of 40 in a car accident after leaving a charity event for Reach Out WorldWide, the humanitarian organization he founded. Meadow was just 15 years old at the time.
Since his passing, she’s made it her mission to carry on his legacy — not only through her personal memories but also through her work with the Paul Walker Foundation, which honors her father’s “love for the ocean.” Her uncle, Cody Walker, told PEOPLE ahead of the 10th anniversary of Paul’s death that his niece “has grabbed the torch” and that her father would be “so proud” of the woman she’s become.
Meadow has shared over the years that she still feels connected to her dad in small but powerful ways. “I swear whenever I’m doubting anything or whenever I’m in an argument with someone or anything, I start seeing four and seven everywhere,” she told E! News in 2023. “So I always know that it’s him.”
She added, “Even yesterday, I was having a moment and then the clock bells started ringing. And I was like, ‘OK, it’s all good, it’s gonna be OK.’”
The model also finds comfort in revisiting her father’s movies. “They always say the first thing you forget about someone is their voice, so I’m fortunate enough to have his voice in many movies,” she told Page Six in 2022. “For me, it brings me joy to talk about him and keep his spirit alive.”
Earlier this year, Meadow also marked what would have been her dad’s 52nd birthday with another throwback photo. “Happy birthday daddy. I love you endlessly and miss you every day,” she wrote.
Through every post, every memory, and every act of remembrance, Meadow continues to honor Paul’s legacy — not just as a beloved movie star, but as the devoted father she will always love.
