Whether it is baby Trevor eating a dark green highlighter since his pacifier is missing, a dirty diaper bag breaks and tumbles down the stairs, or mom’s promotion is hanging in the balance due to a typo, this household is super nuts, but relatable.

Jennifer Garner plays Kelly Cooper and Steve Carell as husband Ben know parenting is a messy game. What was relatable to Carell was a baby running around without a diaper in the film.

“It’s a time bomb,” Garner interrupted Carell, during a Fandango interview. For Carell, it’s a precursor to what is going to unfold as it does for the Cooper family.

“Life is going to get difficult almost instantly,” Carell said who is a Fommy. He is very involved his kid’s lives like bringing them to school and picking them up and said “I love being dad.”

Garner and her husband work together to get their girls ready in the morning.

“Ben Affleck can do a good ponytail,” Garner said during an interview with the Hallmark Channel.

“It may not have any tangles brushed through, but he can do it. I taught him.”
