sam-phillips.jpgI recently posted a list of songs to celebrate the coming of spring, but I am already going to alter that list and add one more song.

One of my favorite artisits, Sam Phillips, is offfering a free download of a new song that is not on her amazing CD, “Don’t Do Anything.” The song is called “A Piece of My Bright Side.”  The song features Phillips’s haunting, melodic voice, and it is still more cheery and hopeful than many of the other songs on ‘Don’t Do Anythng.”

If you haven’t yet treated yourself to Sam Phillips’s voice, now is the perfect time for a little musical pick-me-up.
