A friend just sent me this amazingly simple, fun tone matrix, and I can’t stop playing with it!  You start with a blank slate, and boxes light up as you click.  A “sound wave” travels across the box, and your lit boxes produce sounds, harmonic, dissonant, repetitive – whatever you want to arrange.  Just press the space bar to clear the board and start over.
