Even though Usama Bin Laden may be dead, terrorism lives. There is still the threat that terrorists may want to retaliate, or take more action towards fueling hatred and war. Yet, with God we need not fear.

Remember that terror and fear are only thoughts. There is a big difference between fearing violence and destruction, and experiencing it. Although thousands of lives were lost at the hands of terrorists, their main weapon is fear, not bombs. Hundreds of millions of people survive terrorist acts.

If you’re afraid, just pray. Just say to God that you love Him and know He loves you. Remember the sacrific He made, to liberate you and free you. Make an altar and hand your fears and worries to God. Then offer your whole life to Him asking for guidance and peace, and then share this peace and love with others. Most of all, know that whatever comes, with God you have the grace of everlasting life — infinitely more powerful than any small terrorist plot or act of terrorism.
