I recommend that you spend time with your family, if not today, then very soon.
Even though you’re busy, you surely need human contact and connection. Family, though sometimes dramatic and challenging, is an immediate point of understanding and common experience. Remember, we don’t live forever, and friends can come and go, but your family bonds are forever.
Organize a family get-together. Have a potluck, or picnic — with all healthy foods.
Meet at church, or a place where you grew up. Take time to thank God for one another, and affirming what you love about each other. Let any differences, disagreements and criticisms dissolve in God’s love.
