In a little less than 2 weeks on a totally no-carb weight loss program (I refuse to call it a diet!) I’ve lost 10 pounds, thank God.

In a combination of prayer, working out a little more, and eliminating carbohydrates as much as possible, I have been able to lose those extra pounds that have been haunting me.

I don’t call it a diet, per se, as I’m not on a restrictive diet. I believe that “diet” is what you CAN eat, not what you can’t.

I’ve researched a lot of different approaches and programs. I am eating mostly vegetables, low fat meats (lots of fish) and low-fat dairy in the form of cheese, yogurt and cottage cheese.

I’ll share some recipes I’ve come up with in the next few days.
