one serving, and a reasonable size. 

Anything you crave you should
have, in moderation. Perhaps your body is telling you something and you
need to listen.
Make sure, however, that you’re also using your best judgment in making
food choices. 
Don’t just live on fries, or pie, or fast foods. Choose
some fruits and vegetables, OK? Remember, each meal isn’t your last!
There’s another one just a few hours away.
You and God are in partnership, in making educated choices of what and
how much to eat.
