As you are aware, I write about a lot of topics related to life in general.  Sometimes about “weight loss” as it says in the banner, or “weight management” as I also often say.  Other times I write about “well being.”  That, in other words, may be said as the goal, a “well being,” (that’s YOU), or reversed, “being well.”  The latter implies both a state of being well, and an action: actively BEING well.  Of course, I am also talking about the grand reality that we are graced to “be.”

With all of the above in mind, heart and body… what is it you eat for breakfast everyday?  When do you eat, what and what amount, where are you when you have it, and what are you doing (what’s going on)?  Very importantly, how do you feel before and after you eat?
