Yes, I believe in fast food once in a rare while (don’t forget there is nothing forbidden on my Joy of Weight Loss Food Plan.  Just have the smallest portions, and chose grilled meats instead of fried, and side salad or baked potatoes instead of French fries if you want to lose weight.  If you’re splurging, that is another matter – eat less the next meal or two.)  Always, I recommend beginning and ending your meal with prayers, even at a fast food joint.
