Proof that the Noah’s Ark story in the bible is true could have been discovered in Iraq, a documentary claims.

The Tower of Babel is an ancient biblical tale in the Book of Genesis said to explain life after Noah’s Great Flood. According to the story, God built a huge structure from the heavens to Earth to unite all humans before scattering them across the globe. The huge structure is used to explain how diverse human languages were brought into existence. Many have believed this structure to be a fable or one that has been erased from the earth.

However, a discovery made in the Babylon Province of Iraq could provide evidence this megastructure actually existed.

The Bible Conspiracies documentary explains how archaeologists believe that the remains matched the description of the famous tower due to the discovery of a series of cylinders surrounded by burnt bricks. These may be part of the Tower of Babel due to their sheer size.

The investigation goes on to explain how the Bible says the structure would later be destroyed by angels under God’s orders. Many believe the tower was destroyed by God, but the text actually tells us it was a strange race, referred to as the Anunnaki. These Anunnaki were described as coming from the heavens, sent to guide humans.

An extract from Genesis 11 reads: “As people moved eastward, they found a plain in Western Asia and settled there. They said to each other, ‘Come, let’s make bricks and bake them thoroughly.'”

“Then they said, ‘Come, let us build ourselves a city, with a tower that reaches to the heavens so that we may make a name for ourselves; otherwise, we will be scattered over the face of the whole earth.'”
