Too true. Reading does not burn many calories. Knowledge, in this case, is not enough. You have to put the eating principles into practice and you have to get up and move if you want to see a difference in your health.
The Bible warns that we are fooling ourselves if we are learning about the Christian life, but not living it. The same is true for our weight loss/healthy living plan.
It’s not enough to learn about it. We have to do it.
