Random acts of kindness have been on my mind a lot lately. I keep getting chicken skin when I think of what an awesome world we could create if more of us chose to do random acts of kindness on a regular basis.

I just finished teaching a workshop here in Latvia and one woman asked whether it was ethical to call upon guardian angels. I said of course and then we had a long discussion about angelic realms and responsibility and creation. When I sat down to write this post the question: “What can we do for angels?” came to mind.

Angels certainly don’t need anything. They are after all limitless beings of unconditional love. They are messengers of God’s love, but what if we made their job easier by being loving to everyone we met? What if each day we did at least one random act of kindness?

How do you think you would feel at the end of the day? It truly is by giving that we receive and by loving that we feel loved. Just for today practice random acts of kindness and see how you feel. Make someone else happy and watch your own spirit fly.

With love and aloha,
Susan
