If I tune into the western radio station expecting to here jazz I will be sadly disappointed. If internally I tune into my inner station of judgment I will feel judged, unloved and perhaps a bit sad and angry. Sometimes we forget we can change the station and tune into the loving channel of angels.

It really is that simple, it is just that at times it isn’t easy. We have to remember that we are tuned into a station and that we have the ability to change stations at will. I used to suggest people do a simple exercise. Ask themselves, “Who said that?” We are always talking to ourselves internally and if we ask who said that we have a better chance of changing the station.

We are constantly surrounded by love but the voice of our inner critic often drowns it out. Angels are all around us just waiting for us to ask for their assistance and open our mind and our heart to their guidance.

I was reading some poems from a Native American elder. They were beautiful and from her words you could tell she saw the divinity in everything. When we walk through our life focused on love, celebrating every moment, life is incredibly wonderful and the events in our life reflect that love. When we walk through life full of judgment and fear we have a very different experience.

Just for today imagine yourself tuning into Angel 101. Listen to the love, listen to the wisdom and tune out the voice of fear. When you hear judgment or fear mentally change the station. See what happens!
