Angels only see the perfection in everything. They can see the love that always exists beyond the fear. If we want to we can see the world through their eyes and in the process the quality of your life will be improved exponentially.

Learning to love yourself unconditionally is the first step. For many years first thing in the morning I would talk to myself, out loud in the mirror. I would tell myself hoe wonderful I was and that I loved myself. A friend sent mentioned this video and I love the little girl talking about all the things she is grateful for and that she loves. Angels don’t have to practice seeing through the eyes of love but we do.

Here is the video I posted to my Facebook profile called How to Stay Positive. If you did a similar rant every morning I can guarantee you your life would be far better in a very short time. I love the little girl talking to herself, it lightens up the idea and makes it more doable.

For years I have suggested people do mirror work like this and have observed their resistance. This short little video is a wonderful way to get started.
