I was thinking about this post and decided to look up the word Thursday and found it is named after the God Thor who threw thunderbolts from the heavens. I also found out that in most Indic languages the word
for Thursday is Guruvar meaning guru day. I love trivia like that.

Who invented God and angels? Who am I? Why am I here? Those are the kinds of questions that have used to run around in my brain. When I asked those questions as a little girl the responses were often far from reassuring or loving.

As an adult I have found that actually there are no words to describe what it feels like to have a conscious connection with the angelic realms or with God. It is a feeling beyond love, totally free of judgment, expansive, nurturing and totally and completely safe.

How do you achieve a personal relationship with the celestial realms?

When I decided to have a conscious connection with God one of my mentors told me to make sure my definition of God was loving and as he put it, “Someone I could do business with.” Letting go of all my old liiting beliefs about God certainly helped me a lot.

The same was true when I began working with angels. As long as they were WAY up there and I was WAY down here we couldn’t become friends and believe me having God and angels as friends sure improves the quality of your life drastically.

Thanks to my mentor I began talking with God and angels like they were my best friend. My prayers became loving, open conversations and I always made sure I allowed plenty of time to listen.

So how do you connect to the angelic realms? How often do you talk with God? So, if you don ‘t want Thor to shoot thunderbolts at you maybe today is a good day to start talking, said lovingly and with a big smile.

With love and aloha,
Susan
