Aloha,

When I talk to people, the two biggest concerns seem to be health and/or money. Believe it or not, this 21-day mental angel diet will address both issues. The more we stay connected and grounded within the angelic realms, the more magical and blissful our life can become. If you take these steps every day for the next 21 days, your life will change in ways you couldn’t even imagine.

Behavioral specialists say it takes 21 days to create a new habit. So dedicate yourself to these simple steps and see what happens. Open your heart and your minds to the angelic realms and allow them to help you change your life. Whether you want to lose some weight, overcome a health challenge, feel more loved or have enough money to pay your bills, this 21-day mental diet will work.

1. Start your day with this simple prayer and really allow yourself to feel the connection and the power of your angels. It is very important to take the time to ‘feel’ the prayer, know there is help available, and allow it in. Take a few long slow deep breaths, focus your attention on your breath, and mentally ask for the willingness to feel the presence of the angels. Then say: “Angels, please help me to follow your guidance as I move through my day. Help me to see the world through your eyes and love myself as you do. Guide my thoughts and my actions from this moment on. Open my mind and my heart to the limitless possibilities that surround me.”

2. Look in the mirror as you get ready for the day and look directly into your eyes. I suggest you pick one eye and allow yourself to connect with yourself. Take a few deep breaths and, while looking at yourself, declare out loud what it is you want to create. If you want to lose weight, declare that you will easily and effortlessly eat in a way that is consistent with your desired weight. If you want more money, affirm that abundance easily and effortlessly flows toward you. As you look at yourself, ask the angels to help you to love yourself unconditionally. Say out loud, “I love and accept myself just the way I am. I ask the angels to help me think only kind and loving thoughts and to help me accept myself as I am.”

3. Before you eat or drink anything, say a simple blessing. Once again connect with the angels and ask for the assistance. Give thanks to all the people that made the food available, including the grocery store, the truckers, the farmers, the people who picked or prepared it, and the moon, the sun, and the stars. Whenever you spend any money, bless it and affirm that it will come back to you multiplied. The key to change is love, and who better to teach you about love than the angelic realms?

4. Pause at least once an hour and allow yourself to connect with the angels. Practice feeling the presence of the angels with silent prayers as often as possible during the day.

5. Whenever you feel upset or unsettled about anything, say something like, “Angels, please help me see this through your loving eyes. What would I love do right now? Help me have the willingness to see this differently.”

6. In the evening, make a gratitude list. Write down all the things you have in your life that you can be grateful for. Ask the angels to help you feel gratitude for anything in your life you find upsetting. Ask for their help loving your body and being grateful for your debts. If money is an issue, make an angel bill box. Decorate a box with symbols of abundance and angels. Put your bills and checkbook in the box, taking time to bless it and give thanks often. If you are having a physical challenge, make a collage of health and well-being and abundance.

7. End your day with a prayer of thanks. Ask the angels to help you change the way you think, feel, and experience the world. Ask them to guide your dreams and help you to let go of your old, limiting beliefs.

Trust the process. Anything you do to deepen your connection to the divine will improve the quality of your life and the lives of those around you.

With love and aloha,
Susan

Angels will lead the way toward your happiness as long as you are willing to follow.
