Conquering a negative mindset is your greatest weapon in defeating the dark side. We all have times in are lives when things aren’t going according to our plan and we really don’t know what to do.  When I was injured and had a long painful recovery, it was often my communications with the angels that helped me in conquering my path. Here is some angelic guidance to help you along the way:

Meditate and breath deeply. Take some deep breaths of the best oxygen molecules you can find. Get outside and be with the nature. If you can’t do that get some plants and place one by your bedside so that it is providing you fresh oxygen every night as well as inside your home.

Stop comparing yourself to others or worrying about what other people think about you. Focus on your own strengths and use them. Recognize what is good about you and use it. Stop thinking you need to be the best at everything or for everyone. Your best will change from day to day and moment to moment, just keep doing the best you can do for you. Stop beating yourself up over what others think. Remember that  you are awesome just for being you.

Do something that you enjoy to help you shift your mindset from what it is, even if just for a little while. Allow yourself time to focus on something else. When I was recovering from being injured, there were days when I just did not want to be here anymore. I was so tired of the constant pain regardless what I did. I so was tried of worrying about how I would make ends meet each month and I was so tired of not being able to see the light at the end of this tunnel. I knew I needed to something that would give me a break from all of this and just take me away.

Start a gratitude journal. I was so thankful that I was aware of my angels and guides and already working with them for it was often those messages that I send out that kept me sane. I would just keep reading them until I had could focus my energy on the positive. They helped me to conquer my negative mindset in ways I never imagined. Look for ways to feel good.

Read something inspiring.  It is one of the best ways to conquer a negative mindset. Watch a funny movie or do something that makes you laugh and laugh a lot. Laughter truly is the best medicine. Once during a particularly dark time in my life I won a full pass to a comedy festival. For ten days I laughed, it was the best therapy I could wish for.

Eat well. Drink plenty of water. Nutrition plays an important part in clear thinking and our ability to focus. Treat your body like the temple that it is and take it outside to play, rejuvenate, and heal.

You can’t always change your situation, but you can change how you choose to deal with it. Whatever the present moment brings your way, work with it and not against it. This will transform all aspects of your life.
